Randy Small
Senior Pastor
Growing up in a pastor’s home, Randy Small felt a call to ministry early in life, fully dedicating himself to God’s service during his time at Northland Camp and later graduating from Northland Baptist Bible College in 1999. He has since poured his heart into the local church, serving faithfully as an assistant pastor before stepping into the role of Senior Pastor at LBC in 2013. Randy is deeply passionate about discipleship and raising up a new generation of servant leaders; when he isn’t shepherding the congregation, he enjoys working as a photographer and sharing life with his wife, Judy, and their three children: Abigail, Ryan, and Courtney.
